Refund Policy
CastOnAir is a trading name of Streamerz Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number [COMPANY NO.], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“CastOnAir”, “we”, “us”). We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why every station can start with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Monthly plans
You can cancel at any time from your billing page or by emailing us. Your station stays live until the end of the month you have paid for. We don’t refund partial months.
Yearly plans
If you cancel within 14 days of a yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 14 days, your plan runs to the end of the year and is not refunded.
Apps and Alexa
Building and publishing apps takes our team’s time. Once your apps have been submitted to the stores, the first month of a Pro + Apps or Business plan is non-refundable.
Service problems
If CastOnAir is unavailable for a significant time because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will credit or refund the affected period.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a right to cancel within 14 days of buying; by starting to use the Service during that period you agree to pay for the service provided up to cancellation.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@castonair.com with your station name and the payment date. Refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
