Billing questions
How does the free trial work?
Request a trial and we set up your station within one business day. You get 14 days with Pro features. No card is needed; before the trial ends we send you a payment link for the plan you choose.
What happens if I reach my listener limit?
New listeners can’t connect until someone leaves. We’ll let you know when you’re regularly near your limit so you can upgrade.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and the price difference is charged pro-rata. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
How can I pay?
By card through Stripe. Invoices are emailed automatically after each payment.
What’s your refund policy?
See our Refund Policy. In short: cancel monthly plans anytime; yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
